Christmas Mail Order

Thanks for all your orders – the mail order deadline has now passed, but you can still order pies for collection from HQ, or talk to your local stockist about when their last order date is.

Happy Christmas!

Click here to a link to our Bray’s Cottage Christmas pork pie mail order form (or here for a PDF version if you aren’t a Word user).

We are sending frozen, uncooked pies that you can keep in your freezer till Christmas or New Year (or beyond for a total of three months) and then whip out and bake straight from frozen as you need them (no need to defrost). The smell of the pies baking is amazing and they are even better warm than cold. Although they are pretty stunning cold! Full but very simple cooking instructions will be included.

We don’t send out cooked pies at Christmas as, whilst FedEx are the most reliable courier we have ever used and generally infallible, sending next day delivery parcels the week before Christmas (as we’d need to for fresh pies), we’ve learnt, isn’t good for anyone’s nerves.

Please email us your name, address, phone number and email and the pies you would like, using the mail order form ideally.

We will email an invoice for you to pay by online bank transfer. Last order date is Friday 5th December.

All orders will be despatched and delivered the week commencing 8th December (or earlier) using an overnight FedEx service. Please indicate a day (Tuesday to Friday) when someone will be at the given address to take receipt of the pies.  We will email you the FedEx tracking number. The packaging is designed to keep the pies frozen for 24 hours from despatch, but if you are not at home and FedEx can’t deliver then the pies will head back to the FedEx depot and they will not attempt to deliver till the following day.

If there is a chance you may not be home to accept the delivery, please indicate a safe, cool place or alternatively, a neighbour who will be in that we may deliver to.

Unfortunately we don’t know what time the pies will be delivered. For a supplement of £2.74 FedEx do offer a deliver before 12a.m. service however.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by FedEx to us is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
