Carefully produced in North Norfolk, on a small scale, from Nell’s home-reared Saddleback rare breed pigs (with the occasional pig from a neighbour when necessary to keep production flowing). Just a touch of onion marmalade with the pork is the key. That and the fact that you can bake each one freshly as you need it so that it is at the peak of perfection when you eat it.
The taste difference:
The pies are made with the sort of meat that would normally be used for joints and chops - the good stuff. And bacon in for added depth of flavour. A touch of onion marmalade and some seasoning and there you have it. And that’s it really. The perfect pork pie.

Bake the perfect pork pie at home...
Never be without a supply in the freezer (they will keep for up to three months). Mail order supplies are sent out by us overnight.
