At Bray's Cottage, we believe the finest handmade pork pies start with exceptional ingredients and uncompromising craftsmanship. Using outdoor reared British pork, traditional hot water crust pastry and time-honoured baking methods, we create artisan pork pies that are packed with flavour and baked fresh on the North Norfolk coast.
Every pie is handmade in small batches by our bakery team, using carefully selected cuts of premium pork, seasoned to enhance the natural flavour of the meat. Encased in our golden, crisp pastry, each pie delivers the perfect balance of texture, richness and savoury satisfaction.

You can choose which date you want you pie delivered Wednesday to Saturday. We need at least 3 working days notice from order to delivery day to get them made, baked, chilled and despatched. The pie will last for 5 days from delivery if kept refrigerated.
