The main focus of Bray's Cottage Pork Pies is working directly with the independent food trade, from large to small. We supply some of the best retailers, caterers and pubs across the UK and pride ourselves on a practical, friendly and professional approach, building up great, and loyal relationships with businesses across the UK.
We aren't in the business of hard sell and we don't distribute through third parties, we want to work directly with you to make sure you are getting the best pork pies in the way that works perfectly for your business. When you phone us you'll be talking to me or one of the rest of the small team and we all make and bake the pies and talk to customers every day, so we understand and can talk honestly with you about how they work in a wide variety of places. But be assured, we really are keen as mustard work with you and help you sell a lot of pork pies.

UK wide overnight distribution (directly from us to you)
We deliver the pies
either fresh, (baked fresh that day, with seven days shelf-life)
or cooked and frozen for you to defrost as you need them (we can let you have defrosting instructions that work brilliantly, retaining our signature crisp, biscuity pastry)
or frozen uncooked to bake-off yourself - and the smell of a hot pork pie coming out of the oven is a quite irresistible thing!

Wild Garlic - foraged from the Bayfield estate (available in spring)
Wiveton* - made with fresh lemon, parsley and garlic (available in summer)
Royal Apple - with apples from the Sandringham fruit farm (available in the autumn)
Fig and Orange - very festive and, when we do tastings, rivals our best seller, onion marmalade as people's favourite (available in winter)
